There are some signs which are found in the hands of those who are satisfied and desirous of salvation. By the way, salvation can be attained only by the grace of God and Guru. First phalange is small as compare to other two phalange  The length of sun line is almost the same as that of the fate line. I have seen a long sun line in the hands of some awakened sadhus  Conch shell
